4. Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only under the conditions mentioned below:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unburned, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • An open box video is mandatory while opening the package. The video must clearly show the sealed package and the issue.

Important: If an open box video is not provided, the return or exchange request will not be considered under any circumstances.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized candles
  • Bulk or wholesale orders
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper usage
  • Orders without an open box video

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Shipping & Packaging

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order size and location.
  • We provide basic protective packaging to avoid transit damage.
  • Premium or special packaging is available at an additional cost.
  • Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner.

8. Bulk Orders & Customization

  • Color and fragrance customization is available.
  • Bulk orders may require a minimum production time of 15 days.
  • Prices may vary depending on quantity, fragrance, and design.

9. GST & Billing

GST (12%) will be charged extra wherever applicable. A proper invoice will be provided with each order.
