Welcome to Aachi Craft Candles. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

Aachi Craft Candles is a manufacturer and seller of handmade candles and related products. All products listed on the website are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, service, or policy without prior notice.

2. Product Nature & Handmade Disclaimer

All our candles are handmade. Due to this nature:

  • Minor variations in color, shape, size, texture, and fragrance may occur.
  • Such variations are natural and do not qualify as defects.
  • Product images are for reference only.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • GST (12%) will be charged additionally wherever applicable.
  • Payments must be completed in full before order processing.

We use secure third-party payment gateways. Aachi Craft Candles does not store card, UPI, or banking details.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customized and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order size and delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner.
  • Delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Open Box Video Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only as per our Return Policy.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • An open box video is mandatory for any return or exchange.
  • The video must clearly show the unopened package and the issue.

Important:
If an open box video is not provided, the return or exchange request will be rejected without exception.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Bulk or wholesale orders
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or usage
  • Orders without an open box video

8. Bulk Orders & Customization

  • Color and fragrance customization is available.
  • Bulk orders may require a minimum production time of 15 days.
  • Pricing may vary depending on customization and quantity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, logos, product designs, text, and branding belong to Aachi Craft Candles. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Aachi Craft Candles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Candles should always be used responsibly and under supervision. We are not responsible for damages caused due to misuse.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
