  • Customized or bulk orders may require a minimum production time of 15 days.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Type of packaging selected

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and delivery location.

  • Metro cities: 3–7 working days
  • Non-metro or remote areas: 5–10 working days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4. Packaging

We use basic protective packaging to ensure products are safe during transit.

  • Special or premium packaging is available at an additional cost.
  • Despite careful packaging, minor transit damages may occur.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or missing item:

  • An open box video is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package and the issue.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Without an open box video, claims for damage or missing items will not be accepted.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address may require re-shipping charges.
  • Aachi Craft Candles is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances

Aachi Craft Candles shall not be liable for such delays.
